[SLI-public] help with two parts of the SLCP

Good afternoon.

I am looking for policy, plans or how you completed these two parts of 
the SLCP:

1) Create a plan and/or policy to recruit a diverse Board of Trustees 
that reflect the community served and supports diversity.

2) Demonstrate, through a mission statement, policy, board resolution or 
long-range plan, commitment to addressing community resiliency.
