[SCLA] One-on-One Tech Help

I'm implementing a One-on-One Tech Help for the library. If you offer
one-on-one tech help, do you limit what you will cover during the session?
Can anyone share some sample guidelines for appointment limitations?
Specifically, topics covered, types of devices supported, patron
expectations (such as bringing passwords, power cords, and accessories),
limitations (such as not providing device repairs), and liability for patron
equipment.
