Mary Bruno Friedman's Book Talk
When: Tuesday, November 11, 2025 @ 1:00pm–3:00pm
Where: Mastics-Moriches-Shirley Community Library's at the Moriches Branch (201 Montauk Highway, Moriches NY 11955)

Meet Mary Bruno Friedman, the author of Of Heroic Proportion: An American Story, a nonfiction book about patriotism and a man’s survival in the Soviet Union during the Cold War. Mary will be discussing her book and answering questions. There are limited copies available for checkout at the library. If you would like to purchase the book, it is available on Amazon in paperback (ISBN# 9798991612968) and hardcover (ISBN # 9798991612944). The author will not be selling copies of the book on the day of the presentation.
