[SCLA] Civil Service Exam

Hi Jefferson,

I'm also interested in taking the civil service exam for Suffolk County.  I
haven't found anything online about content.  If you find out I'd love to
be in the loop!  I guess it doesn't help that the county website is down
due to their choice not to pay out on ransomware.
