RE:         2025 Ancestry Library Edition Coordinated Order


Dear Colleagues:
It's time to renew our coordinated order for Ancestry Library Edition (Proquest).  The subscription term runs from August 1, 2025-July 31, 2026 for in library use ONLY.
The county-wide subscription will renew at $41,150.62; as long as each library renews each library's renewal cost will be $839.81.  The final cost for this subscription may fluctuate as it will depend on how many libraries opt to renew their subscriptions to the database.
Renewals, cancellations, and new subscription requests should be submitted via https://portal.suffolklibrarysystem.org/form/ancestry<https://portal.suffolklibrarysystem.org/form/ancestry%20> by Friday, July 25, 2025.
