Dear Heather,
As a follow-up to our December message about updates for your library’s OverDrive website, we’re happy to share that our website accessibility improvements are now complete. In addition to the changes we released in January, we have made the following updates:

  *   Improved color contrast of buttons and links. All buttons and links now have black text on a white background or vice versa.
  *   Redesigned the title details page. Rather than dividing the page into separate tabs, all title details now appear together.
We have also made several back-end accessibility improvements to your library’s OverDrive website.
Additional updates
In addition to the accessibility updates, we’ve made the following changes to the website:

  *   Removed the availability banner that displayed above cover images on the home page and search results pages. Instead, users can determine a title’s availability based on the action they can take (“Borrow” or “Place a hold").
  *   Removed support for campaigns, which will now be available in Libby only. As campaigns continue to evolve, we will focus on supporting them in Libby.
In an upcoming update, we will remove high contrast mode as a website setting. Instead, high contrast mode will be displayed based on the user’s device settings.
