Bill Carlson, our customer success manager, will be in New York the week of
April 25th and is available to do some in-person trainings.  I've attached

Hi Ellen,

 

I will be out in New York the week of April 25th and have two meetings
scheduled so far on the following dates/times.  If morning or afternoon time
doesn't work I'm happy to offer evening presentations.

 

Middle County Tuesday April 26th from 8:30 to 10:30

Longwood Public Library April 28th "Lunch & Learn" 1 to 2

 

If libraries are interested in a early morning presentation I will have
"Coffee & Bagels" or if preferred we could offer a "Lunch & Learn" for
patrons and/or staff.

 

Additionally, I included a training menu with various presentation ideas.
Feel free to include me on the email to the libraries and I'd be happy to
answer any questions.

Hello Bill (and Bill Carlson!),

 

I have to apologize for not getting back to Bill C sooner - it's been on my
list.  It sounds very help-desk-y, but I've been experiencing extremely
heavy volume over here in support requests, Overdrive purchasing, etc.  To
answer your questions.

 

I'm attending PLA, but online - if you want to set up some kind of meeting
to catch up anyway, it's cool with me - I would definitely have stopped by
to see you on the conference floor!  We should probably start talking about
our renewal, because if I can push it out sooner to everyone, I'd love to.  

 

If Bill C. wants to let me know when he's going to be here, I'll send a
message out to the member libraries to let them know there's training
available and to contact him for more info.  Middle Country has that great
business center, so I'm glad he'll be there!

Hi Ellen,

How are things in Long Island, will you be attending PLA?  Are you able to
assist in training for Suffolk?  My colleague has a week scheduled in April,
he's booked with some Nassau Libraries and Middle Country, Middle Country is
hosting a business program.  

Are you aware of any Suffolk Libraries with interest in onsite training or a
job/business workshop?  Do you have new staff or hires?  Would the system be
interested in hosting anything?
