[SLI-public] Pest Management and Green Cleaning Policy help needed

I received this request and thought the answers may be out there. Please

The Maplewood Memorial Library in Maplewood, New Jersey is opening a new 
LEED Gold building in the Spring .  We are currently working on the LEED 
Gold certification requirements and are hoping that you might provide 
some assistance.

We need to put together an Integrated Pest Management plan and a Green 
Cleaning Policy.  We were given general examples of each. We would be 
grateful if you would let us know how you went about making the 
plan/policy library specific.  For example, the Green Cleaning Policy 
calls for tracking staff, water, energy and cleaning products.  How do 
you track?

Also, any advice with the Integrated Pest Management standard operating 
procedures would also we greatly appreciated!!
