[SLI-public] Food Warming

Hi all,

How do you keep your food warm for events? Currently we have chafing dishes and use Sterno to keep food warm. We switched to a sustainable/ biodegradable product but soon discovered that it can't be relit, meaning we're throwing out a lot of gel. Can anyone recommend a more environmentally friendly chafing fuel that can be re-lit? Or, even better, an insulated tray that keeps food warm for a long time. Bonus points if it works well and looks nice!
