<b>Programming to Promote Diversity</b>. Award-winning Author, Poet, Educator, Cultural Programmer Adriana Devers uses the power of words to promote the diverse voices of Long Island. She will provide inspiration and knowledge on how libraries can diversify
their programming with innovative ideas to engage new patrons, enhance diversity and expand inclusion. Devers will inspire us to uplift, and celebrate our unique communities, while addressing social issues that continue to affect society at large.
