BEST Plus 3.0 Test Administrator Training
Date/Time: Wednesday, February 11, 2026 9:30AM - 3:30PM
Location: Bellport, NY
Instructor(s): Susan Shiloni
Literacy Suffolk, in partnership with LI-RAEN, will offer a BEST Plus 3.0 Test Administrator Training for librarians and library staff who are interested in helping assess patrons' literacy needs.
All students enrolled in the Literacy Suffolk program are required to complete an initial assessment before being matched with a tutor and must be re-tested throughout the year. Many librarians and library staff have expressed interest in supporting this effort. Therefore, we are offering a free training for library staff!
Active participation from libraries will help students be placed more quickly and accurately. By taking this free training, you can play a direct role in improving literacy outcomes in your community.
The training is free of charge. For questions, please contact Susan Shiloni at sshiloni at literacysuffolk.org<mailto:sshiloni at literacysuffolk.org>
