[SCLA] Ballot error. Reissued ballot coming later today

Hello SCLA Members,

Due to some errors on the ballot, we have to reissue a new one. Please look
out for an email from myself or SCLA VP, Bob Johnson to announce when the
new corrected ballot is issued.

This means that if you already voted, you will have to vote again when
the new ballot is issued.

We thank you for your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience
