[SCLA] Hotspot warnings or labels

Hi Stephen!
At West Babylon Public Library, we don't have any warning labels on any of
our hotspots-- but to be fair, I suspect that's because we haven't
experienced any massive damage related to heat just yet, so we might simply
be lucky in that regard. We also, as you do, include an information card
regarding its service (e.g. password, WiFi name, usage rules, etc.).
Honestly, including warning labels regarding heat damage will probably
become more pertinent as time goes on and temperatures keep increasing, so
it might become a standard sometime soon.
