SCLA's Support Staff Division is hosting a networking event on Thursday, June 26th at SCLS from 10am-1pm.

Support Staff, Students, Librarians — All are welcome to attend.

Summer Kickoff Event: Fun, Food, and Inspiration! Join us as we kick off the summer season with an exciting event for the Support Staff Division! Enjoy a motivational talk from our guest speaker, a delicious lunch, and a variety of fun games and activities to get to know your colleagues. It's the perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, and connect with fellow library support staff.

Eileen Mahon will be presenting an EAP Workshop Emotional Intelligence, What is your EQ?
Program description: The ability to be Emotionally Intelligent (EQ) can impact your personal and work relationships. A person with a high EQ has the ability to read a room, to perceive, control and evaluate emotions. Some researchers believe it can be learned and strengthened, and it is more important than IQ in achieving a successful life.

CEU's will be awarded to those who attend the EAP Workshop.
