[SCLA] SCLS Outreach Services Meeting with Community Partners & Other Outreach Programs

Dear Library Colleagues, 

 

Outreach Services has a variety of programs scheduled and ready for
registration on the Gateway. 

 

All outreach programs are developed for and geared to all library staff. 

 

Here is a list of some of the upcoming programs (please watch for emails or
visit the Gateway for more details), and watch for additional Outreach
Services programs as they are added throughout the year. 

 

*        April 18th - **Virtual** Presentation on Current Research at Stony
Brook Medicine (911 and Survivors with Dementia) 

*        April 23rd - **In-Person** Outreach Services Meeting with Community
Partners 

*        April 25th - **Virtual** The Retreat: Session 2

*        May 14th - **In-Person** Mental Health Resources Roundtable

.        Beginning in June - Mental Health Resources Lunch & Learn series.

Please take note of the ""in-person"" Outreach Services Meeting with
Community Partners taking place on Tuesday, April 23rd from 10:00 to Noon.
This meeting is a roundtable discussion/networking opportunity, which brings
together representatives from various community organizations and agencies,
and staff from the public libraries in Suffolk County. Come and gather
information and resources about potential programming and community service
opportunities. All library staff are welcome to participate. The meeting
will be held in the SCLS auditorium.
