*Supporting Staff Through Changing Tech Trends With James Hutter*
Join The East End Tech Coalition (EETC) in welcoming James Hutter, Co-Chair
of the NCLA Computers & Technology Committee and Assistant Director of the
Port Washington Public Library, as he shares tips for helping library staff
to embrace new technologies. As we all know, change is a difficult but
necessary part of working in libraries. With libraries constantly looking
for ways to stay modern, introducing new technologies can often be a
challenge. James will share ideas on how to prepare staff for change, train
staff in new technologies, and how to deploy tech for public or staff use.
