[SCLA] SCLA Update

Colleagues,

SCLA had a security incident involving our backend access. It has come to our attention that access to the administrative section of our accounts was breached. Since then, the Executive Board has met multiple times, and has taken the following steps to ensure this doesn't happen again:

  *   Immediately upgraded password strength and access
  *   Removed multiple user access
  *   Updated our security procedures

Please note that this incident did not affect your personal, professional, or financial information that SCLA has access to.

This has alerted the association to a weakness in our security procedure, and it was immediately rectified.

Please reach out to me directly if you have any questions, and please understand that we're actively working to fix the issue so this doesn't happen again.
