[SCLA] Public Libraries and Community Emergency Preparedness Meeting at SCLS

Dear Library Colleagues, 

 

Public Libraries can play an important role in the community emergency
preparedness process. Join us to discuss ideas for programming, preparedness
resources and how to develop partnerships with emergency responders in your
community. All library staff are welcome to participate. 

 

Our emergency preparedness community partners from FEMA and the Suffolk
County Office of Emergency Services, will join us for this meeting. 

 

We plan to hold this meeting three times a year,  IN-PERSON at SCLS. The
next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 29th from 10:00am to Noon.
