<b>HelpNow platform</b>. Patrons can now access live help during late-night or early-morning study sessions if needed. The scheduled live help hours on all other platforms (CollegeNow, JobNow, and VetNow) will stay as they were aka
<i>not</i> 24 hours.<o:p></o:p></p>
