FYI, the authentication issue is ongoing.  Innovative is working on it, but we do not have a timetable for a resolution.

OverDrive Service - Issue Ongoing

The issue with users not being able to sign into the OverDrive service (including Libby) with their library credentials has not been resolved as of this morning, October 20, 2022. 

 

This issue may also prevent some users from completing actions such as placing a checkout, hold, and related actions.

 

We are working with Innovative and OverDrive to resolve this issue. 

 

We will send another update when the service has been restored.
