[eresources] ALLDATA Invoices/Coordinated Order Update

Dear Colleagues,

 

I've heard from a few of you that you have received an invoice from ALLDATA
directly.  Please do not pay ALLDATA directly at this time!  This is
normally a coordinated order, so SCLS would be the one to invoice you when
the order is ready.    

 

Both of our previous account representatives have left the company, and
there seems to be some disarray as to how accounts are handled.  I have made
contact with a new account representative there, explained how our order
works, and I hope to have the order ready to go for you all soon.

 

If for some reason ALLDATA has decided NOT to continue this coordinated
order, I will advise you further.

 

Please let me know if you have any questions.  I apologize for the
inconvenience!
