[eresources] Ancestry Remote Access Extended Through December 31, 2021

Dear Colleagues,

 

Good news!  Proquest has extended the temporary remote access for Ancestry
until December 31, 2021.  They will continue to re-evaluate remote access on
a monthly basis thereafter.  

 

If you are a subscribing library and have not already posted the link on
your website, here it is:

A quick tip about access...if you have a patron tell you they've been turned
away from the site, check to make sure they are not bookmarking the main
Ancestry page and trying to access the site from their bookmark.  Patrons
must login using their Sierra credentials in order to access the site.
Please tell them to bookmark the above link instead!
