[eresources] Flipster Update for 2021

Good morning, 

 

For 2021, we have added 16 new titles to the Flipster collection including 8
Spanish titles. 

 

The full list of titles

the additional titles if you would like to use it as is or as a template. 

 

We also updated the carousel code. We had to remove some titles that
Flipster no longer offers on their platform.  The list of titles that were
removed and the new carousel code
