[eresources] EBSCO Service Issue -- Multiple Databases Affected

Hello, Friends,

EBSCO has been investigating a service issue related to most of the databases on the EBSCOhost platform, as well as Flipster and Novelist.  They're not calling it an outage, just a "service degradation," although several of you have said you could not access EBSCO databases.
